He took the time to review my concerns and explained in detail what he needed to do in detail. When I have any problems with my washer and/or dryer agaion. I want Greg to be our technician. He is definately a credit to your Company

John need to go get a part he went and got the part and back fast and I know his drive was at least 26 miles one way. So John at Sears Repair I’m gonna give you a shout out anybody that gets you as a technician he’s lucky.
