(April 13, 2022, 11:16 am)My Mother's car was damaged due to an accident and needed a rental while her car was being repaired. My Mother is deaf and Jeff was the individual who assisted my Mom. He communicated with me when my Mother wasn't able to communicate for herself. He kept me updated and was very patient with her. I truly appreciate his kindness and patience. It's not often that people are willing to go above and beyond and Jeff certainly did! Kudos to Jeff!! Thank you for taking care of my Mom!!
