  Chris is on top of EVERYTHING from taking care of all the details when buying our house to covering all aspects of the claim when my daughter and I were involved in an auto accident and to even wishing his clients a very Happy Birthday. I couldn't be more thrilled with having Chris as our insurance agent for all that we hold dear!

  Nobody thinks the tornado will hit their house. We have been conditioned to go through the routine, watch James Spann, and then move about our life. In March 2021, our neighborhood was hit by a tornado that we are still recovering from nearly a year later.
  
  Within minutes of leaving my basement, realizing just how lucky we were that our house was still standing, my phone began to buzz with a flurry of texts and phone calls. Among them, was Chris Raley, my insurance agent, checking on me. As we spent the first night cleaning up damage, dealing with the emotional trauma, Chris was in constant contact. The next morning, at 8am, our neighborhood looked like a war zone. Friends and neighbors lost their entire homes, many of them, but we were lucky. By 8:30am, Chris was standing in my driveway with a box of donuts, much needed coffee, and a check to get us cash for anything we needed. No questions. No paperwork. No hours on hold with a claims office. A friend showing up in a time of need.
  
  Over the next several months, that effort and care never stopped. Chris walked us through every step, advocated on our behalf for the full and complete repairs to our home, and helped answer questions day and night.
  
  I have heard horror stories from neighbors of the experience they have had with their insurance companies. Some houses still have not been touched, held up by red tape and negotiations. Other lots remain flat, where homes were demolished but not yet rebuilt.
  
  Every day we sleep in our home, I am grateful to Chris and his entire team for taking such great care of us. I could not imagine the last year with anybody else helping us.

  Chris Raley is the best agent! While on vacation he not only answered the phone but handled everything we needed when my husband got in a wreck. He is responsive, knowledgable and provides exceptional customer service. We couldn’t be happier since making the switch to State Farm!

  I’ve just recently changed my insurance company to Chris Raley Statefarm. Chris has been nothing short of amazing. He has been answering tough questions, getting me multiple quotes, and overall making sure we were making a choice best fit for our needs even if that meant not choosing him. His staff (Kelsey, Christian, and Emily) are just as amazing when it comes to helping us out.
