Veterans Park

Veterans Park Beneful Dog Park is great. With a water play area and a little pool for the pups to cool off in on those hot Bama summer days dogs seem to love it there. There's also big canapés for shade with picnic tables so you can relax while you supervise your dog. All in all it's a nice place to take your pup.

My favorite park currently in the Pelham/Helena/Alabaster area. Lots of room to do whatever activities you might want. The park is also very well kept. Amenities include skate park for those skater kids, dog park for the doggos, and even frisbee golf! I'm currently using the wide open spaces to hone my drone flight capabilities.

Veterans Park Alabaster is a wonderful park to visit. A walking/jogging path surrounds the park.
A good sized dog park has two separate areas where large and small dogs can safely play.
There are ball fields where regional events are held.
A disc golf course is available for anyone to use.
Plenty of playgrounds and places for kids to run and play.

Veteran’s is my go to place to walk. There is a nice trail around the whole park with beautiful views. It’s also fun to bike! You can bring your dog to the dog park— it’s nice and well kept. The disc golf course is great for beginners. The playgrounds are incredible— they were my favorite as a kid. The baseball fields are great too!

Great course for disc golf. Parking is always plentiful and there’s usually no wait to play a hole. Lots of open, flat holes on this course with a few wooded ones. Great for beginners and intermediate players. There is also a large walking trail, dog park, and baseball fields.
