I've been really impressed by the service I received at this location. The staff are professional and helpful with any needs. They keep the property clean and monitored. My stuff have been stored in an indoor unit for 6 yrs and looks l the same when I first stored it. No damage, leaks, or bugs/ rodents seen. I definitely would recommend this company if you are looking for a safe storage unit.

We have been customers of yours since we moved to Alabama 12 years ago. The faces in the building have changed over the years, but the level of service has always been 5star. Cudos to all who have served my family and thank you for the great service 😀

I called in to close out my account, the manager was so friendly, and helpful. He explained the process and all the necessary fees. I would definitely recommend the 280 location for your storage needs. I have used this location for almost 3 years with no complaints.

I've used Extra Space before last year for a few months. Jacqueline at that location was awesome. Now, I've had the pleasure of doing business with Nicole who was awesome as well. One of the cleanest if not "THE" cleanest gas stations I've been to. The staff is very helpful & polite.

Great gas station! very clean and the staff was amazing! Usually shy away from usimg public restrooms, but my son had to use the potty and I was impressed on how hygenic it was. Store was neat and the manager's customer service was amazing, thank you Andrea!
