  Xcalibur Heating and Air Conditioning is a pleasure to work with. Both technicians Nic Perry and Hunter were very thorough and extremely professional. I highly recommend using them. Excellent experience.

  Mat and Mica were very efficient, knowledgeable, professional, and Nice.
  They replaced a ceiling fan for me, 14 ft ceiling. Also, switched out 2 outside lights. Very affordable. I recommend Excalibur.

  Replaced my old ceiling fan with a new light fixture in around 90 mins. My service rep Jake Lambert was very knowledgeable and provided a reasonable estimate on the spot. Everything is safe now as he also replaced some of the old wiring and even hauled off the old fan. Excellent work at a fair price: definitely 5 Star service.

  First time to use this company and I can tell you these guys are fantastic. Made a late in the day call and they worked me in about 6 PM. The technician was extremely knowledgeable and professional and after all long hard days work most guys would try to rush through but he did not he wanted to make sure everything was perfect before he left and even making a follow up visit just to make sure the next day. Excellent service!!

  They were supposed to be here at 9am at 8:50am they called to tell me they were going to be a little late, I greatly appreciated that..As it was Monday they had to pick up equipment in Birmingham not a problem .Everybody came freshly dressed address me as Mr. Roberts professionally and kind, answered any questions I had. They explained was going to happen and got started. They worked diligently to get me fixed as quickly as possible and overall I would rate them as excellent and excellent experience for me . I would recommend their services, to my friends. Nice to work with professionals who care about service they give .
