The Avenues of Inverness

This is a beautiful property and they have an amazing staff. I love the lakes and mature trees everywhere. A friend lives here and I've been to her apartment. Huge apartment with lots of space and updates.

I am so excited to be moving in to The Avenues of Inverness the staff is so welcoming especially DeOnna Holt. She stayed in contact with me and worked with my busy schedule. I loved the view of the lake and the pool and the model apartments are just gorgeous. Thank you so much can't wait to see you all again when I move-in.

Chanelle has been exceptional! If there was any reason why I became a resident here, I owe it to her; she was patient, attentive, and very detail oriented. I had a few minor complaints as a new tenant and so far, maintenance has been ON IT. The area is near everything!! Accessibility is a plus! Although the complex is near the influx of traffic, it’s not as bad to navigate. The area makes me feel safe, secure, and right at home.

I often see people placing bad reviews on here, but me on the other hand haven’t experienced any problems and I enjoy this place for sure! The pool is awesome, the lake is beautiful, and the community seems very safe! They have a playground, a dog park, a laundry room, and a small exercise equipment room. My apartment is very nice and clean with a real wood burning fire place! Wouldn’t complain about anything:) very blessed

I looked at a lot of apartments near here, but I feel like I got the best value living here. The staff is friendly, the community is clean, and the apartments themselves are good quality. The maintenance crew has responded and fixed all my maintenance requests the day after submitting them. Great place to live!
