  This is long but worth reading!! My name is Kathleen Fitzgerald, I have a Jeep Wrangler that had to be towed, my choice was to the hwy 280 location. The next day I dealt with Jack at that location who was extremely helpful and professional. Long story short the radiator fan had gone out and ultimately this was replaced at that location. I drove it to work the following day and the temperature gauge started creeping back up. On my way home from work it ran hot again I immediately pulled into a parking lot close to Inverness. Jack communicated with Robert McAllister and Jeff Hines at the Inverness location. While standing in the parking lot in 100° temperature Jeff and Robert literally came to my rescue in that parking lot. They diagnosed in the parking lot that the fan was locked up. I caught a ride with Jeff to a location to where I could be picked up by my family member. Robert and Jeff made sure that my jeep got back to their location in order to work on it. I now have my jeep with another fan and it is running great so far so good. These two guys went above and beyond the call of duty they were so kind from the moment this began to the very end when I picked my jeep up from them. I have never dealt with a more professional group of guys. Robert and Jeff will definitely have my business and referrals in the future. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR HELPING A GIRL OUT!!!

  Jeff, George, and Robert have taken care of me since I moved from Dallas to Birmingham 2 years ago. I work around the corner for them, so they’ve been my go to since relocating. Their stellar customer service, and willingness to help is what sold me on Express Oil. They’re my first recommendation to anyone needing any type of auto service done, and they’ve handled every curve ball I’ve ever thrown at them with my car. 10/10 WOULD RECOMMEND!!!!

  We stopped by for an oil change and it was just an overall good visit. It was the standard express oil set up and process, and the customer service was excellent. The nicest people! And it was very quick. The employees were also wearing masks which is thoughtful. Very pleasant experience!

  As a women, I’m always skeptical of car shops as I’m fully aware I’m easier to take advantage of. I have more car technical knowledge than the average joe and I felt very taken care of and not taken advantage of. Very friendly and felt they had my best interest at heart. Definitely would recommend!
