The front desk staff ALWAYS greets us with a smile. We can always get an appointment within a few hours if our kids are sick. I’ve never been so impressed with a doctors office before.

Amazing! I followed her from Southlake Pediatrics and I'm so happy that we did. Dr. Byers is the best pediatrician! I am a first time mom and over worried at times and Dr. Byers makes me feel so comfortable and at ease. She takes the time to get to know you and your child and explains things well. When baby is sick, they will always get us in if we need. Also, the nurse gives prompt callbacks and answers any questions, even on the weekends - which again, is such a relief for a first time mom when their baby is sick and not feeling well. Staff is wonderful and welcoming. You are always treated as a person here and never as a number. I am so happy that we have such a caring doctor for our daughter.
