(July 3, 2020, 9:01 am)Moved in the middle of a pandemic and I could not be any more pleased with my experience. I love my apartment, the area and the amenities. The property is quiet and clean and the one maintenance issue that I did have was resolved.
(June 23, 2020, 4:33 pm)When I first moved in there were some issues with my apartment and I was not getting them resolved so I was unsure if I would like living here. However, Alisa one of the managers in the office reached out to me and resolved all of my issues. She is very helpful, patient and kind and cares about if your actually satisfied. I love the neighborhood, its very quiet and i like having the trash service that picks up at night. I would definitely recommend!
(May 22, 2020, 3:24 pm)We moved in late last August and I would sign a new lease right now if I could. I absolutely love living here. The office is incredible and maintenance acts promptly and efficiently. For it's location just off of 280, the price can't be beat and the amenities rock! I am proud to call Madison Place home!
(December 23, 2019, 9:38 am)Overall living at the Madison Place is a very pleasant experience. I have been a resident for 5 years and enjoy this community. There has been very few issues which is to be expected at any apartment community. The upgrades the past few years have been great. It is a great location close to shopping, restaurants/bars, major roads/highways. Also the many amenities are a plus. Compared to other apartment complexes Madison Place Apartments is highly recommended.
(October 18, 2019, 8:11 am)If I could give more than 5 stars I would. This place is AMAZING. The staff are all very nice and helpful. I was personally helped by Chris and he was great throughout the entire process. If you are looking for luxury and affordability check this place out. You won't regret it.
