DEFY Birmingham

We had a good time here today, staff was friendly and helpful. Gave 4 stars cause some.of the trampolines seemed flat. It was hard to get a good bounce on them, but there others to go to. Other thing that I wasn't a huge fan of was they only had ankle socks for adults. They don't fit my big foot very well, and the foam pits pull them off. Need calf socks! Lots to do though.

My kids really seemed to enjoy it. But I did feel like there wasn't a lot for young kids (ages 2-4) to do that wasn't separate from the much older kids. But overall it was a good place.

The staff were all polite and welcoming. The kids had so much fun and the pricing was surprisingly affordable! The different things that they have available is great! The membership is worth it. Monday-Friday they have all day jump/play and 2 hour jump/play on Saturday-Sunday.

We were here for a birthday party for my daughter's friend. Great experience! Easy to checkin and I noticed they handled the party with ease. Moving presents to the room and being on time. Staff are very friendly!

Staff was terrific! Check in process was smooth for all 8 kids. They all had fun. Bathrooms surprisingly clean with the amount of kids here. Food was good, not great, but definitely convenient.
