Biggest thing is the lady had trouble getting into the storage facility. She called the number posted and someone got back with her promptly and assisted her with the issue.

In fact, I just got a small one for my dad and another 10x20 unit for myself. Dawn is so nice and always available and accommodating when I call her. She always goes out of her way to help.
I read the very negative review and it's very sad that someone would say those things just because they got caught stealing! I love doing business with Chelsea Mini Storage.
