Sara Beth's Gymnasts

I love SaraBeth's gymnastics! A friend and I were looking for adult gymnastics classes in the Birmingham area and found this gym and I'm so happy we did. SaraBeth is a great coach and the weekly scheduled classes are perfect for helping with fitness, strength, and fun gymnastics skills. We do every event plus conditioning/training exercises. The class has excellent skill progression so you don't feel unsafe, there is excellent monitoring to prevent injuries, and it is very positive and encouraging environment. I look forward to class every week.

We LOVE Sara Beth's Gymnasts! Our daughter has learned so much and improved her skills tremendously since she started taking gymnastics with Mrs. Sara Beth and her team. We are very impressed with the quality of instruction and individual attention that she receives.

We had her birthday party at the gym today, and it was PERFECT! They provided a fun environment for her to do what she loves with her friends. 😊

Sara Beth's Gymnastics is awesome. My daughter had been going to a bigger gym, but wasn't really getting the attention that she needed 1 on 1 with the instructor. After moving to Sara Beth's, the difference was almost immediate. She has become way move confident and seems to really enjoy going to classes. I would recommend this gym! A+++++

Sara Beth’s gymnastics is great! My daughter is absolutely loving it!! The staff are so sweet and really make it so much fun for the kids! She loves coming home and showing us everything she learned and her passion for gymnastics as truly grown! We’ve only been going for a short period but have already fell in love and can’t wait to see how far she goes!!

Our family loves Sara Beth. Our two daughters have taken swim and gymnastics lessons with her and she is extremely knowledgeable in both areas. As parents, we admire her instruction and patience with her students, and how she gently, but consistently, pushes them into discovering new skills that the student did not even know existed. It is awesome to witness. Our family definitely thinks that Sara Beth is a blessing to our community and we are very fortunate to have her so close to home.
