I cannot say enough amazing things about Dr. Hayes and is staff! He was extremely patients with my 6 year old and 1 year, was nothing but informative about everything he was doing. Not only did his staff work us in last minute, but then again helped us on a weekend! We are newer to the Chelsea area, and will ONLY use Dr. Hayes from now on!
Dr Hayes and his entire staff are amazing! Their customer service as well as Dr Hayes’ bed side manner and knowledge of everything optical is what will have me marketing for them! I cannot express how happy I am with my new glasses and how excited I am to be able to see things clearer!
I highly recommend Hayes Eye Center! Dr. Hayes is great and his Intern, Janean, did an excellent job with my exam. No wait time friendly and professional staff members and Tracy is especially helpful! She has a talent for picking frames to fit the shape of your face and does not try to upsell which is very refreshing. They try to save you time and money!
