Jarrod Gibson - State Farm Insurance Agent

I have been very pleased with the knowledge and service of this office! Jarrod has been great getting me properly covered and educating me on how important my insurance coverage actually is! Madison explain to me to the importance of life insurance in my young age for life’s unexpected events. Moving to State Farm with Jarrod and Madison is something I will never regret!

I have been very impressed with the service we have received from Jarrods team. Madison in particular has been so helpful in our transition over from another company. She always answers our questions in a timely manner and with kindness. We are saving money too so that always a great bonus. We are very happy with the switch.

Jarrod and his team work hard to make sure the client experience is always top notch. Both he and Lee Ann are personable and knowledgable about their clients and about the insurance business. I won't work with anybody else but this office.

I've never had an insurance agent who cares me as his/her family member. Leann has provided me not only prompt answers and solutions when I had any kind of car or house-related problems or concerns, she is the most caring and compassionate person I've met. I feel so lucky to be cared by State Farm, especially with Leann!!!

I can’t even begin to describe my wonderful experience with Lee Anne at State Farm without crying. She’s coddled me for a whole year since I signed up with her for my auto insurance. Going above and beyond is and understatement!!!!! I had a wreck on my way to work this morning (car probably totaled they said). Anyway, I freaked and called her personal number after I could get anyone at the office. She calmed me down over the phone and took care of everything from there (I was a shaken up, hot mess). She ordered a tow truck that obviously got lost or confused, but she kept in touch with me minute by minute. She finally said “enough is enough, I’m picking you up myself”. She quickly drove from Helena to 280 to meet me, gathered my belongings (which were many), loaded me up in her Jeep and drove me to enterprise (where she had already called with all info on the way). We get to Enterprise and I was there maybe 10 minutes before I drove off in the rental car. Before she left, she said “take care of my baby”. I started bawling from pure gratitude. Her response: “there’s no crying in baseball” and gave me a hug!!!! Too bad, Corona!!!! I finally got to meet my personal angel in person after a year of driving her nuts on the phone. She still kept in touch till the end. On our ride to Enterprise, she calmed my nerves and explained everything to me about my coverage etc. She is so refreshing after all of the horrible things going on in our world today. Friends Forever I’m pretty sure! I love this lady!!!!!!!! Jerrod Gibson at State Farm has a gem with her!!!!! Thank you Frand and that you State Farm for having this unbelievable human working for you! I could go on but I’ll stop at that!
