“I've been a patient of Dr Remillard for over 15 years. I've always been treated with nothing less than kindness and courtesy at his office! Just like any other doctor's office, SOMETIMES they are busier than others. But, I've never had to wait more than 20-25 mins to get called back to see the doctor. And, I have to go to his office every 3-6 months. I do not understand what the situation is with some of these people who have left negative reviews? They must be the type that go to McDonald's right after the breakfast crowd leaves, and then complain because the restroom us not spotless..... My family (my wife, kids, and I), and several of my friends and my neighbors are patients of doctor Remillard. And everyone I know loves him, Joan, and the rest of the staff at Helena Family Med! My wife and I both have referred several people to Dr R, and I've never heard anyone say anything negative about the care they received! Ever!!”

The staff and doctors there are so nice and easy to talk to about your treatment. They answered all of my questions and quickly handled any concerns I had. They explained everything. “My son is in the 7th grade now but I loved when he was in the intermediate school. They were really good to him. He had no learning difficulties and he had no behavioral problems but he seemed to always get the one-on-one attention he wanted when he needed to get some extra help. I'm glad that he's been in the Helena School district since first grade. He was in adamsville before for kindergarten and he was the smartest kid in the class and broke his leg and didn't go to school for 3 months and still was smarter than all the other kids and passed without any extra work to be done and then he started first grade at Helena and we realized how far behind he had become in Jefferson County schools. I pray my child never has to go to Jefferson County schools. Shelby County is my home I went to Vincent high School and no it's not the best school but I got a better education than my husband did in Jefferson County.”
