After becoming "empty nesters" a few years ago, my wife and I were contemplating downsizing, but were unsure where we might end up, once we sold our home. In the spring of 2019, my real estate company held a business meeting at a new development, geared for active adults, 55 & up. After attending the meeting, and investigating the concept, my wife and I agreed, Abingdon at Lake Wilborn was the right place for us. We took possession of our new home in November 2019. We are very pleased with our new home, and the community in which we live. We have so much in common with those around us, and look forward to great experiences in our new home. Also, the on-site agents were spectacular to work with, and responsive to all of our needs and concerns.
