Came here 3 days before Christmas to send some packages and letters. The gentleman behind the counter was extremely helpful helping me find which boxes were the cheapest option, and was very friendly while doing so. One of my best post office experiences I’ve had!
Hardly a wait in line. And even though my friend gave me the wrong zip code, the postal worker looked up the right zip code and fixed it for me. Awesome.
Louis is incredible! He was so patient and helpful with me this week with a large international shipment. It was my first time shipping overseas and I tried to come prepared but the bar code on my customs forms weren’t working. He helped me get everything worked out without feeling like I was annoying or causing a line at the store. His customer service is impressive and this store is lucky to have him.
Amazing Post Office. Amazing Kind Professional People. Yes I said Post Office and People. When you hear those two words normally you probably might think of the stereotypical “Gone Postal” we all know and dread. Not here! The most amazing employee Dolce helped me out of an huge mess of accidentally dropping off some UPS (you know What Can Brown Do For You) packages at this Red White Blue office. Days latter realizing what had been done until Saturday.. I call the 800 number… Now Postal myself after a 45 min on the phone just to be asked if I needed to buy stamps for the packages 50 times, I finally got the the number to Hurst location. Of course it was the wrong number, so another internet search finally turned up the correct number and almost immediately after a few announcements…. A pleasant, kind, intelligent, chipper, voice said Hello this is Dolce how can I help you? I explained my embarrassing story, she giggled and said oh Yes! I remember the packages. Do you have the tracking numbers? BLOWN Away! She remembered? Let me go find them for you I’ll be right back. Then of course you know what happens when your put on hold… NOPE! Dolce came right back verified they had them and offered to get them over to the other carrier. Not only that but was concerned they might not go out until Monday. Thank you Dolce! Thank you USPS 76053! Mr. Postmaster USA please duplicate this across all the Post Offices!
