I have lived in my home for 3 years and can't imagine living anywhere else. The rent is very reasonable for the area and the office staff and other staff members go above and beyond to help you with any issues you may have. If you pay your rent and mind your business, you won't have any problems. A big thanks to Joyce and the rest of the staff for all you do!
I am a new resident of Montevallo and absolutely LOVE my place! Joyce is incredible and has a heart of gold :-) She caters to ANY needs promtly and really strives to make her tenants comfortable and happy. I have never lived somewhere where l felt so special and cared for. Plus, the cost of rent is so affordable and Hardy properties doesn't charge a full months rent in deposits. If l need to upgrade, it WILL BE through Hardy Properties, l'm hooked! Thank you so much for your Hospitality Joyce, greatly appreciated
I have lived in apartments run by Hardy Properties for three years, and I have nothing but positive things to say about them. Joyce (land manager) is extremely understanding, quick to react to situations, and reasonable about any issue I’ve ever taken to her. I have never had an issue getting anything fixed. I could not imagine living anywhere else.
The two people leaving negative reviews this property have recently been asked to move out after a month long eviction notice. The owner of these properties is extremely patient and gave both tenants more than enough time to leave. I live in the same complex and those tenants are loud, noisy, and extremely rude to other tenants.
I would recommend this place to anyone. It is spacious, clean, and any problems I have had with repairs were fixed almost immediately. I'm so happy that I chose this apartment-- some of the other landlords in this area are extremely shady. If you want a landlord who takes care of you and listens to your concerns, you're in the right place.
