Michelle was outstanding throughout the whole process, sharing her knowledge about fixtures, researching to find the perfect tub, and helping us find alternate items as issues came up in the middle of our project. She was always there to help, even staying late to help us scramble when we needed to find an alternate plumbing fixture. Deliveries were on time & professional. We are absolutely thrilled with the result and couldn't be more grateful for Michelle's help and the outstanding service of V & W!
