The staff at this location is FABULOUS! They always recognize/acknowledge me as soon as I enter. The are always encouraging and willing to listen to my questions, I never feel rushed or like just another face. I honestly feel like they are truly invested in helping me accomplish my goals. I had, had enough and found Let’s Lose in a Google search. This has been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made because they helped me transition to a much better/healthier lifestyle instead of just dieting or medication. Highly recommend them because of this & their awesome staff.

I really enjoy my weekly visits to the Pelham location. The whole staff is helpful and have wonderful attitudes. They are encouraging and want to see me succeed.
