VJ's Restaurant

We stopped in for dinner after the Lay Lake Boat Parade and they weren't very busy. We were a little early for their normal crowd, but anyway the food was good; hamburger steak for me and my wife had the fired shrimp meal and all was good.. The service was good and staff was very friendly.

We were at the lake visiting some friends. They brought us here for supper. The food was great (but not very healthy, which is probably why it was so good). There was a little smoke coming from the adjacent pool hall but it wasn't too bad.

Best restaurant around! Joe is awesome & runs a very fun place to visit and his food is always delicious. Good deejay and other team members too! Connie knows what she is doing behind the bar. Not to mention, they deliver!

They have great food! But only one pool table. The service is great, never run out of drinks. I go just for the food. Can't say enough about the food. They have an awesome cook apparently. It's a great place. Only draw back is its very loud. Karaoke is fun there, every one sings, the good and the bad with no critics so that's a plus. They have an outside area as well with tables, that's where I normally go, it's quiter and can talk.
