(November 9, 2022, 10:18 pm)Clean rooms and lobby. Friendly staff, quiet, smells clean/ not like artificial scent though. Great location for me, as I travel along I-70. Feels safe, and if we were staying in the area again, I'd stay here.

Our room was spacious, had a living/office area and plenty of amenities.
Great friendly service staff. Large rooms. Pool. Fitness center. Guest laundry. Pet friendly. Soft water.
Worthy of IHG/HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS NAME.
(UNLIKE the Richmond, Indiana location, avoid that one like the plague!)
(October 2, 2022, 7:57 am)Excellent stay here. We brought our two dogs with us and we had a totally silent night with no barking! They put us far away from the elevator, which is key when you have young dogs (every ding or noise from the elevator will set them off). The rooms were extremely clean, beds were comfortable, pillows were amazing. Breakfast in the morning was delicious! Thank you for a great stay!
