Dennis Russell and staff were AMAZING. Just. Amazing. The catered food was absolutely delicious. I called Kilgroe the day after our visitation to get the name of the caterer. I got it and plan to use her in the future. Thank you Dennis and staff, for everything.

Kilgore is the most caring and professional individuals that they could possibly be. A funeral is never a good time but Dennis Russell and his team do everything they can to make it as easy for the family as they possibly can. At a time when you have to make hard decisions they are there to support you and we never felt that they were trying to sell us something that we didn't need or want. Thank you for being there and supporting the family.

First and foremost there is a review posted under my name on here giving one star and saying my experience was “ Turrable”. I DID NOT POST THAT REVIEW! I do have a good idea who did and all I can say is SHAME ON YOU! Your actions during this extremely difficult time show your true character and all I can say is I feel sorry for you.

My experience with the staff was handled with professionalism, compassion and empathy. They made the worst day of my life bearable comforting me and guiding me through fulfilling my husbands wishes. I greatly appreciate their kindness and compassion and if I ever find myself in need of those services again I can assure you it will be with Kilgroe Funeral Home in Leeds.
