The people are so nice, professional, helpful and gives great customer service. I was having trouble with a pump that I had purchased from them about 3 years ago. He told me to bring it in and he would check it for me. Well he did and he also told me what I needed to know about this pump. Anyway the pump was bad and need to be replaced. He helped me with getting the right pump and someone to install it. By talking with him it saved me over $2000.00 in unnecessary fees. This place seems full of all your plumbing needs, though I'm not sure how much of the store counts as "behind the counter" area. My husband and I were greeted promptly in a friendly manner, and were given exactly what we needed to fix the break in our water main. The employee that helped us was very knowledgeable and had our problem solved quickly. They sell some specialized tools here.
