From the very first call to request a quote for a home standby generator until the completion of installation the entire staff at Auxiliary Power Systems has been a pleasure to do business with. Ralf arrived on time at the time agreed on and was very knowledgeable in helping me determine the correct size generator for my home without trying to over sale. The office staff was very efficient in getting everything scheduled, nothing they scheduled had to be changed. Daryl and Joseph arrived on time ready to work and did an outstanding job with the installation under less than ideal weather conditions. I highly recommend A. P. Very knowledgeable of what he was doing. Very curious. A little pricy but he was the fourth group I called, and the first to answer the phone. He showed up and fixed my generator. No one seems to be fighting over my business. This is the third different company I have had work on my generator. The others seemed to have faded away. My question now is can I get this company back in 6 months for scheduled maintenance? Their work and service is good enough, and the price is acceptable.

I was having problems with my 8kw Generac unit and it would not run. When I called they were very responsive and were able to schedule a service call within 48 hours. Within a few minutes of arrival the Technician was able to diagnose the problem and got the engine running again. As part of the service they checked the output voltage and found that the voltage regulator had failed and the unit was putting out 350 volts when it should have been 240vac. The technician walked me thru everything that he did and gave me several pointers to watch for. I will definitely use them in the future for annual service and any time a problem is found.
