  Great first time auto purchasing experience! Initially we were not planning to purchase a vehicle when we went in, but Gio and Jenna were amazing and found a vehicle that met my criteria even though it wasn't the exact Make and Model I had been looking for. They made this stressful process seem easy and seamless and got us into a bigger vehicle for our family.
  
  I did have a couple of hiccups (through no fault of the dealership) the day after our purchase, but when we went back to the dealership on Monday, the team corrected them and were amazing about it. I can't remember the service techs name but he was wonderful and took care of everything.
  
  We would definitely recommend All American Ford to others.

  I went into the dealership after looking online at All American Ford in Springville. From the moment I walked into the dealership to the moment I drove off property in my new Bronco, service from the sales associate Daniel “Dee” Holmes to the finance person was awesome. Dee was Knowledgeable about every car/ truck/ suv that was on property, new and used. He listen to all my crazy concerns and financial worries, he worked really well with me and was very helpful in picking out the perfect car for my family. I recommend All American Ford to all looking for a new or used car. I can not say enough good things about this dealership. Do yourself a favor… look no further than this dealership.

  The best auto dealership experience I've ever had. Kaleb made the process smooth, professional and fun. I ordered a 2023 Ford Escape ST-Line and he was more excited than I was when it arrived. He worked extremely hard to make sure everything was right.

  I came in with my check engine light on and was concerned and worried because this is my only way I have to work and taking my daddy to his treatments and Jessica can out to me and I was about in tears because I know my truck has turbos and I was afraid one of them went out they scheduled me in right away so I brought my truck in she told me not to worry at all your in good hands I took her word boy was she right she kept me updated on everything I need to know and kept telling me not to worry your in good hands I wish I could leave a million star review on her because lord knows she deserves it. Then there was Skylar the one who was my technician she came to me and was like it’s a simple fix no need to worry your truck is gonna be just fine she was very professional about it she and I talked for a bit about the truck and how much my truck aka baby girl men to me. Then there is Ray he was fast to change my oil professionally. Then when I was leaving the other service advisor Brandon we was cracking jokes All American Ford you have a customer for as long as I live y’all are the best everyone there thank y’all for taking care of me and baby girl

  I can truly say they go over and beyond to help and make it happen! Nice friendly service each time I walk in the door. They got right on any concerns I may of had about my vehicle! I strongly recommend them to anyone! I absolutely love my truck!!
