The Back Porch

So I have been hearing about this "off the beaten path" restaurant for quite a while and decided to take a trip to see what the hype was about! The hype is real!💯 The food is awesome, the service is great, the Lakeview is spectacular! Did I mention how great the food IS!🤦‍♀️The prices are reasonable! If you have been wanting to go to the back porch, do not put it off any longer! Go, NO RUN as soon as you can!!🙂

This is the perfect lakeside restaurant stop while on a Sunday afternoon drive. We sat outside on the deck overlooking both the water and the ducks. The food was amazing. I had the grilled catfish, he had the hamburger steak. The jalapeño poppers were also amazing. I highly recommend you make this little trip out to a great little hidden gem of a restaurant on Logan Martin lake. The wait time was a little long, but it might have just been because they were really busy. I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt and still give them five stars for wonderful experience close to home.

Very yummy tacos! It’s a very casual atmosphere with tons of tasty sides. We loved the corn nuggets. You can also feed the ducks for free. View is great off the river as well.

OMG!!! My husband and I absolutely loved this place. We tried it for the first time today. Everything was delicious, hot and fresh and the service was excellent!!! I don’t have a single complaint.
