“Very spacious and beautiful out here. The owner and his assistant are very friendly and will literally give you the shirts off their backs. They patrol and maintain the area really well and they don't allow party's or riff Raff in the park so it's family friendly here. Every interaction with the owner has been above and beyond our greatest expectations and last but not least, their monthly rates are the highest value we've seen. My wife and my kids and I are so happy here and will definitely return whenever we visit family in Tuscaloosa. Side note we drive a 29 ft motorhome and we had plenty of space.”

“An awesome place to stay. For the night or for a few months. Very quiet and private on a nice parcel of land. Private property keeps the traffic down and the dogs , Prissy , Lena , Ozzie - Traeh are so much fun to watch. Lots of deer , turkey , birds and lots of rare , wild flowers and plants. “The roads inside Park Estates are bad. Plowed but slippery in spots. Their hired plow person plows the bottom of driveways where the driveways were already cleared by the owner. Most of these people are seniors. Some not in good health. And some have good neighbors that help and some don't.”
