We were at the lake and my husband’s glasses were stepped on and broken. We live several hours away and even though it wasn’t typical practice for them, they went out of their way to repair the glasses for me (very last minute …on a Friday). Highly encourage supporting practices and local businesses that still remember customer service and just being kind (even when inconvenienced before a weekend) leave a lasting impression !

My husband has had great success with the Ortho-K contact lens! Dr. Ferris said my eyes were perfect and I didn’t need Ortho-K.

There’s not much that you can’t say about Dr. Farris and his staff. They are wonderful and so accommodating. They are always willing to go above and beyond. I am a 25+ year contact/glasses wearer and have just recently decided to give the ORTHO-K Lens a try and just after a week I can see throughout the day with no help from glass or contacts. If you’re on the fence about it go for it! You will love it and if you don’t then you can go back to normal contacts/glasses. It’s such a better alternative to LASIK which is permanent and cannot be reversed. Give them a call. You will not regret it!

The staff could not have been more helpful! I lost my contacts and needed a pair right away to leave town. Mary, Dr Ferris and the whole staff worked feverishly to accommodate me for my trip. They we patient and kind and I will recommend them to everyone I know! I challenge anyone to find a better group of people to help you with your vision needs!

Wound up getting two pairs of glasses,One for everyday use and the other for computer use, they are awesome. The prices on frames is a bit higher than other places I seen them, but the customer service and lens options more than make up for it.
