(January 13, 2022, 10:53 am)Let me just start by saying I will forever be a customer of enterprise in Jasper Alabama!! I really couldn’t have ask for a more better experience from the pickup to the drop off! The employees were amazing and so good at their job! Mahlon Odom was super nice and got us all set up and on the road in less than 20 minutes,he’s that good at his job!! dropping off the car was just as easy as picking it up,Heather was so sweet and professional and had us settled in 15 min! I thought for sure I would have an issue with getting back my 300 deposit back because most companies would have deducted for any little thing and scam you but with enterprise it was the complete opposite,I received my deposit 3 days later!!! They really are amazing to work with I would never choose anyone else and will definitely be renting from them again!! Thank you enterprise for the perfect experience!!!

(May 19, 2021, 1:05 am)After finding out that my car was just hauled to mechanic/body Company, and I even considered a ride with the vehicle transport but they were going the opposite direction... ENTERPRISE sent a driver after me for (Home Pick-up). I felt important and impressed with how I was treated> 1st Class I mean!! He then cleaned and we inspected together for dents or scratches...my vehicle of choice, got the paperwork out of the way everything was quick and precise...then I was on the road! Thank You Enterprise Rent-A-Car for giving me a Ray of Sunshine on a day that was humbling and trying... This wasn't just a rental it was Peace of Mind during difficult times!
