I wanted to share the great experience encountered while being serviced at this location. I am a 1st time customer into the Metro by T-mobile Network, I learned about the inexpensive plans for multiple lines through a close-friend of mine who has been a customer for over a decade and I must say that making the transition over to a NEW Carrier while requesting to keep an existing number from my previous carrier and using paid-in-full devices couldn't have been easier. Brandon processed everything for me, utilized all of his resources, and provided solutions that fits my personal and business needs. The location was clean and other associates were friendly and welcoming. Though this may be a new location to Miami Gardens, the talent and customer service already resides there. Thank you for for supporting business owners and the community.

I went to this store because the metro by my house was giving me issue. I’m glad I went here on April 13, I must say that Juan was EXTREMELY WONDERFUL and have GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Juan was there by himself and he made the shop run extremely smooth. Keep us the customers in the loop and make sure that no one waited and took care of everyone needs. His multitasking still is on point. Juan truly made my experience great. Thank you for hiring Juan.

I was not happy until the day , that I walked into this particular Metro PCS store. Jennifer is Beyond super Awesome. She caters to every customer. She always have a smile on her face. She never complains. And is always willing to assist to your ever need. This team at this location gets a double At 🤗🤗
