Dr. Phillips and her staff are caring, courteous and professional! Dr. Phillips even took time to call and make sure I was feeling good after my appointment. I truly appreciate that. That is great customer service!!

Everyone at PT Orthodontics in Jasper is very friendly and welcoming! From my first phone call to set up a consultation, to our first visit- everyone we talked to was very friendly and also helpful! Dr. Maddie is awesome and great with my son; others to mention are Connie at the front desk and Sherri, who is the treatment coordinator; Lauren was also awesome and very friendly and informative while explaining to my son the importance of oral hygiene while having braces! Everyone made my son feel very welcomed and focused on him in conversation just as much as they did me! I cannot recommend these guys enough!

The staff is amazing. From the time we walked in for my son’s appointment, to the time we left, it was nothing but smiles! Dr. Maddie and Mrs. Sherri made our consultation a great experience. They explained everything and answered any questions that we had. I am very pleased and glad that we chose PT Orthodontics for our guy’s braces. It is a wonderful family to be a part of.

My consultation today with Dr. Amanda Phillips, DMD was greater than I had expected. Dr. Phillips is all about her patient and what the patient needs. She and her staff were very knowledgeable, welcoming, and helpful. She not only recommended me to another Dr, but will be there if I need orthodontic services pending the recommendation of the other physician. I truly believe Dr Phillips and her staff wants what’s best for you. I highly recommend PT Orthodontics.

I suffer from dental anxiety due to a bad experience in the past. The staff was super helpful and made sure to explain fully the cost of the treatment. They also make it super approachable and affordable with their payment plans with no interest! Dr. Maddie was super informative and positive about the whole process, even sitting down in an individual consult with videos to show how the treatment plan would work over time. I was dreading doing this but now I am looking forward to hopefully having a healthier smile and a positive orthodontic experience.
