“Seems to be very organized with how he accepts work, he is about 1 out of only 3 shops that will work on bikes older than 10 yrs. He was so backed up on work but still places you in his system to get your bike fixed, so when he gets to your turn for work he calls you to bring it in. I think that shows that he wants the work and is willing to organize his company to try his best to offer repairs for all customers. Unlike all the rest that tells you that they are booked up and you'll have to find someone else, which is impossible when there are only 3 or 4 shops willing to work on it in a 200 mile radius.”
