“The Service department is very courteous and professional. I came to have my car serviced and though I couldn't leave it for them to service it they managed to work me in and even though they were very busy they got right on top of it while I waited in the dealership lounge area where it was supplied with television and even phone charging stations for various types of devices which I had to use for I had left my phone charger and it was on its last bar so that came in to good use while I was waiting but besides that being said there was a beautiful lady I assume a service manager who had continously keep me updated on everything with my vehicle and even offered if I needed a ride to grab lunch she would have it arranged if I had needed. I got to say she definitely is a major asset to Carl Cannon and with her such great personality and customer service she alone will keep customers coming back. Thanks again”

“Leaving Guntersville pulling my boat and began to have a vibration. Pulled over on side of the road and checked truck tires and boat trailer tires. Didn’t see anything. Got a mile down the road and a trailer tire blew. Pulled over and put on the spare. Being that we had a 4 hour drive I didn’t want to chance going that far without a spare. I was headed toward Warrior so I googled tire repair. Called and they had what I needed. Super friendly and fast service. As I was driving home I regretted not going ahead and buying a full set from them. Maybe I’ll be back that way in the fall and get it done. Highly recommend these folks.”

“So on a Monday my 579 Pete broke down about 11 miles the shop. Called the shop spoke with Sammy. Told him what happened he said it sounds like clutch actuator and he could fix it. He recommended a tow Co. Made it there a few hours later near closing time. He did a diagnostic and said I need a actuator and he has used one's and it'll be ready next day. He arranged a ride for me to hotel very nice. Went back next day with used actuator installed. Price 2630.49. Drove 10 miles to truck stop to get fuel truck wouldn't get in gear. Called Sammy he and his wife came out. Couldn't repair on the spot because Pilot kicked us out. Had to get a 2nd tow. Turned out I needed a New Actuator, New clutch and flywheel resurface. Total price including both tows 7900.00. Job completed Thursday 4 days. Sammy and his team are good people. I was fed, given rides, and treated good. But I recommended requesting new parts and take whatever time is needed for them to fix it completely. He will try to to get you in and out as fast as he can but it's best to bite the bullet and tell him to take his time and do it right. I'm not disappointed, it's month later and my truck shifts like new still.”

“I’ve been meaning to get around to writing this for awhile, but I have been dealing with the year from hell here lately so I haven’t had a lot of time. I bought 2017 Altima from Michael and Paul late last year and promised I would come back and write them an honest review, whether good or bad. The car has been great and the only thing besides an oil change I’ve had to do mechanically is the rear brakes. This wouldn’t have anything to do with the work these guys did on the car, (prior damage was front end) it was just time for new brakes. My wife has a 2017 rogue that we’ve had since 6500 miles and both cars have around 88k on them now and the Altima drives noticeably smoother than her rogue. Both guys, and the lady in the office were a pleasure to work with. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.”
