“wow this is a gem in my local area (radius of 15 miles) that carrie's a large amt of junk cars. They have a large salvage yard full of cars that no longer run and they have access to Parts Galore! And gentlemen that go and search take off and bring to air conditioned office while you wait. Its not a guarentee your parts not there but the percentages are pretty pretty darn good. I would always give them a call first. the price for my part for me was very reasonable I don't know if it's because I told him I was a senior andon limited income but it never hurts to ask do you have a senior discount whenever you go anyplace.”

“This shop has always been great about getting you in on your appointment, & getting you out in 24 hours! They try to fix everything I tell them about during my PM's if time allows, if not you will just need to make a new appointment if the job is too big. Overall great comfortable lounge to sit & watch tv, snack machines, & wall outlets for cell phone charging. They ALWAYS pull your truck out at end of day when they leave so you can sleep in it, so no need for paying extra on a hotel!! Big A++++ on that!!! Please do not change the way this shop is ran, it has been one of the FEW I have found this good on time & comfort!! I will update this review if things change, but as of last PM it was all good!”

“My husband called earlier this week for particular tires and they assured him they had four. We went up there today and although their system said there were four the workers could not find them immediately. The two ladies on staff (who were near the end of their shift) did not stop looking until they found it. It ended up taking them about fifteen minutes and required them to climb up and down the ladder several times. They even got the young men who were working in the shop to help and they were just as helpful. It was some of the best customer service we have received in a long time. They also had excellent attitudes the whole time which was much appreciated. We will be back here for our car service needs.”

“Earlier I filled out an evaluation, but I didn't have much business with them. I placed an RV with them to have the refrigerator checked due to it not working. Took them to weeks to get it fixed. The thing had blown a fuse. It was the manufacturer who said the blown was easily accessable. I personally took the refrigerator down. No fuse where the manual and a tv rep told me it was located. So not RV Roadway problem. Joe the mechanic who worked on it actually found a fuse and replaced it, working fine now. But it sure wasn't where the manufacturer stated. So now my experience with this company has jumped from a 1 to 4.5 Treated well and politely. Recommend them. But they are busy.”
