“I've been a patient of Dr Remillard for over 15 years. I've always been treated with nothing less than kindness and courtesy at his office! Just like any other doctor's office, SOMETIMES they are busier than others. But, I've never had to wait more than 20-25 mins to get called back to see the doctor. And, I have to go to his office every 3-6 months. I do not understand what the situation is with some of these people who have left negative reviews? They must be the type that go to McDonald's right after the breakfast crowd leaves, and then complain because the restroom us not spotless..... My family (my wife, kids, and I), and several of my friends and my neighbors are patients of doctor Remillard. And everyone I know loves him, Joan, and the rest of the staff at Helena Family Med! My wife and I both have referred several people to Dr R, and I've never heard anyone say anything negative about the care they received! Ever!!”

I was uncomfortable talking about my issues and she waited and listen to every fumbling word Ater I finally finished she asked me a few non invasive questions and I felt safe and confident that I was in the right place to get help with my issues My enjoyable visit prompted me to call my sister in California to tell her about my visit. Also, the hospital was very clean and tidy. With that I was very impressed because today was the first time I had been to Medical West.”
