“Dr. Provost is so nice and so understanding. He has tried to help me in every way with my back. I am now ready to let him do my surgery, I am looking forward to it, and finally being out of pain. The office staff, nurses and assistants, have all been extremely nice also. They have worked with me and gotten me in to see him when I needed to. The wait time has not been bad at all, never over an hour and usually within 15 to 30 minutes. I will review again after my surgery.”

“I have been a patient here for many years. Sue Payne is my primary provider, but I have seen Mary Beth Martin and Dr. George Harris at times. They have all taken care of me. Sue listens to her patients and seems to make sure she has heard all of my concerns. She is always pleasant and caring. The nurses are also friendly, professional and listen carefully. The technician(s) who take my blood do so quickly and efficiently. I have experienced other places that have to poke around multiple times or call in another tech in to help. But here, they don't seem to have any problem. I read through some of the reviews here and noticed that some people complain about the front desk. I will admit that I have been frustrated with front desk service in the past, but it was several years ago. The last several times I have been to the office over the last couple of years, everyone is friendly and professional. I highly recommend the office and I can be hard to please with regard to medical providers.”

“The reason for the 4 stars instead of 5, to be transparent, I didn't have anything done here. My wife did. So of course my impressions are very limited. The waiting room was clean and quiet. The procedure seemed pretty quick. Is that good? Or not? Anyway, the staff that helped my wife to the car were very friendly and caring. Not in a rush to throw one person out the door so the next one can get in. Or in that rush that lets you know, they just want this day over with.”
