“I had complete left hip replacement Sept 1,2020. Went home the same day as surgery. My only complaint is not enough comunication between Dr. And patient. Only problem i had was how to care for my operation site. All in all , 6 weeks out from surgery. I'm doing great, finished theropy. Therapist, said that couldn't tell i just had complete hip surgery. Wish I had known about Dr Cool sooner and gotten surgery earlier. I could have been spared a lot of pain.with the help from God, and surgery I'm 71 years old, and feel better than i have in about 21/2 to 3 years.”

“Obviously through the reviews it appears that drug screens are mostly the negative ones. Patients that come here know that they will be taken care of. Unfortunately in this day and age there are a lot of individuals that Are sent in for drug screens that aren’t on the up and up. The collectors are well trained to spot certain red flags and employers sending candidates in for drug screens can be rest assured they are getting good quality honest people. With this being a medical clinic for patient care we do our best to get everyone in a timely manner. When several show up at the same time it does create a wait time. Expect to wait 15 mins to be pulled back anyway. We do not allow door to collection area collections. If your specimen is an abnormal color or temperature you will be asked to hydrate and recollect. Those are the DOT guidelines. We understand everyone has a bad day but please remember we are people too.”

“I truly enjoyed our visit with Dr. Dean today! The staff was so welcoming as soon as we entered. They sent us all of our forms ahead of time which made check in quick and easy. I was a little nervous because It was our 10 month old’s first appointment but Dr. Dean made It an enjoyable experience. The best part was the “first dentist visit” certificate and Polaroid photo that we were provided at the end of the visit. We can’t wait to return in 6 months!”
