“We moved here a year ago. Every Walgreens in north Alabama anywhere near Birmingham is terrible. Every single one. We have tried a bunch. And the other stores seem to be just as bad or worse. They never have the time to check if a prescription is ready, they never have time to send a phone request in etc. What can a person do if they have a doctor with no fax? Other stores told me to get a new doctor. Really? Anyway, Heather was busy today and she still took the time to be thorough and do multiple checks on my account and sent a request in to the doctor. She didn’t call in the request but she seemed that she would have. She got me an emergency supply of my medicine. To some this story may be stupid. To others, this is a big deal. Walgreens is in the pharmacy business, so it should be important to them how every patient feels about their experience. Anyway, I was afraid to write this review because I don’t want this store to get overwhelmed! But heather is your lady. You would do better on hold with her than calling 15 local stores. If you aren’t from this area you’re wasting your time going anywhere else. Do Not Go to Hoover 24hour location. Don’t do it. Go further.”

“Good parking, nice people who are willing to help you with whatever you need to make your shopping experience the best it can be. Good selection of everything from toys to home goods to personal items to food, small clothing items, just about anything else you can think of. Some things are a bit higher than other similar stores, but most are less expensive than most other places. Generally, your bill should be less costly than other stores and it is open later than anywhere else except for those that are open 24 hours. Give them a try the next time you're out of something you really need at 9:30 P.M. I feel sure you will appreciate the convenience and prices that they offer.”

She also ran every test I thought my dog needed just to make sure she was okay and she gave food recommendations as well as a powder to help regulate her eating habits. This was definitely the best experience I have had with a vet since I've had my dog.”

“Dr. Holmes and his staff were fantastic. I had a broken crown and the tooth needed to be removed my regular dentist was afraid to pull it because it was so fragile they thought it might break off below he gum. So he sent me to see Dr. Holmes. They took me back, my husband went to the car to wait for me to be done. Well they got me in the chair Dr.Holmes came in started my IV and then I opened my eyes and said is he about to start they said oh no he is done. Wait? What? Yep they called my husband he pulled to the back door to pick me up and from the time he got in his car to the time he picked me up was a whooping total of 22 minutes. That was knocking me out pulling the tooth waking me up and me going to recovery. Then out the door I went and never had a problem. Wonderful experience. I was so thankful for the pain to be gone and can’t say enough about how sweet and professional they all were.”
