“I have been living here since the end of last year and the staff has been nothing but amazing towards me. Specifically Sydney and Nivea who I have grown to love so much due to them treating me (a resident) as a real friend and for once, I’m in an apartment complex that I feel the company really values my business and time, which is RARE. Every maintenance issue has always been resolved very quickly with no problems, and the communication is SO on point that I get “Hey Bobby!” every single time I call the clubhouse which is super welcoming to me and just makes me feel even more at home here. Especially because of how much a simple action like that helps during times of crisis like right now, which the complex has also done a wonderful job in taking precautionary measures to keep all residents and staff safe too. Which is VITAL and I love to see it! The staff really cares about its residents and for the price, you cannot beat the amenities and what The Alden has to offer versus the much more expensive competition that charges you unnecessary fees and taxes (which The Alden does not). Think about really making this place your home! Especially if you’re a student. I’ve loved my time living here and I’m so happy that I renewed my lease ???? They got 5 stars from me all the way! ????”
