“Mitch at the Crestwood location in Birmingham Al was the best. I stopped by for an idea and ended with a full kitchen. It turned out to be a great process. Even when an item was not included, and a piece of molding had an irregularity. He was able to get the parts replaced on the next truck shipment. Which turned out to be on Monday. Just as the shipment for the cabinets had to be on a Monday. Mitch could not have presented the company any better than he did. Throughout the entire experience the only problem came. When the hinge for the corner cabinet was not included in the hardware package. I called Mitch, but that had to go to another department. It took them all of Jan. to get the hinges. I finished my install Feb 3 2020. I am very pleased with the overall process. If I need cabinets again I will be calling Cabinets To Go.”
