One employee lives not five minutes from the store, I myself dont live in the area, but grew up around the area and my great- grandparents owned the original (the very first)Bugtussle store. I had no idea I was even a customer of Mr Buggs, until they apparently decided they needed to do a 612 dollar termite service on my home. Did I get a phone call prior to the service? No. Did I give them permission to do the service for the 612 price tag? No. What a business model.. Steer clear. Update** 9/8/2022 Spoke to the office manager of my local branch. She could not have been more helpful and explained that if I wanted to cancel my termite service through Mr Buggs that I would not owe anything on my bill.”
