(September 23, 2021, 3:10 pm)Overall it's not bad. The management runs a pretty tight ship. Reasonable space rent fees. I own 2 mobile homes there. No real complaints until a recent eviction, but they can't be blamed.

(July 22, 2021, 1:07 pm)Pretty clean place and has the advantage to be close to the Dimond mall and different stores.
The bad thing is that they don’t allow dogs but they allow cats and other indoor pets and if you live near the forest there’s a lot of mosquitoes in the summer :/
