We recently relocated to Alaska from Washington state. We worked with realtor Mike Lindsay, who worked around the clock to make sure our home finding and purchasing transaction went as smoothly as possible. We had a very short time frame in which to find a home. Mike arranged and showed us the 16 homes I wanted to look at in 2 days. Once we picked a home, made an offer and got it under contract, we had a lot of issues arise, including but not limited to an encroachment and an early occupancy agreement. Mike dealt with each issue efficiently and competently - each issue was resolved in a timely manner. My favorite part about Mike, besides his superior knowledge and skill, is that he became our friend in the process. Mike and his family were even there for us when we needed help moving in. We never once worried about whether our transaction was being handled properly - Mike always responded to texts/emails/calls nearly immediately. I can't imagine working with anyone else in the stressful home-buying/relocating process. If you are going to buy property in Alaska, you'd be crazy if you don't use Mike Lindsay.

Brandi is amazing! We always felt like her top priority. She took the time to get to know our family and always kept our needs and wants for our first family home in mind.
