great place to live pet friendly with a low monthly pet fee the employees in the office are very kind and helpful I would definitely recommend renting here

Jacob and Shelly have been extremely wonderful to work with. Since day one they have been communicative and professional. The buildings while older, are maintained well and kept very clean. Staff are quick to correct problems, to include the grounds keepers. Great location to base and to the rest of town. Thanks for everything!

We have a couple of problems along the way since I moved in June 2020, but Andy and Jacob took care of the problems. I am moving out early June 2021. My move out was supposed to be June 20, but because I turned in the move out notice on first working day of May which was May 3rd (a Monday) I was told that I would have to pay for the whole month of June too instead of just until June 20, but Jacob and Andy already got the lease for the next tenants and said it would be June 10 is when they move in. Meaning I will get 10 days of rent back which is awesome. Everything at Russian Jack may not be perfect, but Andy and Jacob help to make it right even if it takes a bit to do. Thanks fellows.

My experience at Mint Dentistry Berry location, was nothing short of Amazing. The office was clean and very relaxing. Staff was friendly and welcoming. The Dr was great, he was very thorough and gave great tips on how to maintain healthy teeth.

My 1st visit was great. I was seen in timely manner, no long wait.The lady did my xrays explained everything in detail. Dentist was very nice,,great chair side manners, explained options in detail. The environment was clean, very well sanitized and relaxing. Only thing it was extremely cold, but nurse said because of Covid they didn't provide blankets any longer. That's understandable
