Brad was VERY welcoming from the start, which is so important to us. (as my husband and I both work retail and know how nasty people can be) The facility was very clean and I felt very secure leaving my stuff there and coming any time I needed without worrying about someone hiding in the dark at night like outdoor storage units. The only reason why we no longer need the unit is because we bought a home so we have room for our junk there.

I was in an urgent need of getting a storage unit. Everyone I talked to told me they had nothing available. When I talked to Cube Smart they were happy to accommodate me. I went to Solon. Brad at Solon was very friendly and very helpful. The Solon Cube Smart is clean and has carts for your use. The nicest thing you can drive right in. Thank you for your help. I would definitely recommend Cube Smart.

Moved to this storage facility from another company/property. Rental process was easy and smooth. Brad was very helpful in selecting a unit that would fit my needs. The facility is climate controlled which is what we needed. Everything was clean and looks well kept. They have flat bed carts and two-wheelers that you can use which is a nice touch. I would highly recommend this facility! And kudos to Brad for excellent service!
