First time shipping anything FedEx and it was extremely easy. The service attendant was super friendly.

My sister ordered these for me from out of town. She said the service was outstanding and the woman she worked with was wonderful in creating this custom arrangement. The end result is pictured here and is STUNNING.

I am in a different state than Spring Branch Florist. Their website was super easy to navigate. I order flowers to be delivered on Monday morning. Found out early Monday morning that my friend wasn't going to be at work to receive the delivery. I called frantically to the flower shop to delay the order. Spring Branch were very friendly and accommodating. Flowers were to go out Wednesday and I had to call again and change the delivery address due to my friend being home sick. Again they were super friendly and accommodating. My friend received her flowers and said they were beautiful! I kept Spring Branch Florist's number in my phone in case I need to order flowers for the Houston area again!
