He takes his time with hearing your concerns and working with the body. He is very smart and has talented hands. He has helped me with chronic neck pain and if any other injuries or pain arise, he helps get me back to optimal health and movement. He also has massage therapists available in the office as well and those have been great to use when needed. I have recommend him to people before and they were not let down at all! “This is my favorite yoga studio. Not just favorite in the Valley, favorite yoga studio period. I have taught at, worked at, and attended classes at many different studios but none come close to this beautiful location; the views, the community, and the friends I have made here. All the instructors make me feel welcomed, loved, and like I am a part of this community. The classes are great - good variety and skill levels, but what really keeps me coming back is the warm welcome I get every time I walk through the door. There is such an emphasis on community here that is such a joy to be a part of. The facility itself is so lovely and scenic too.”
