Aside from laundry, I love that residents are still encouraged to complete daily living tasks on their own. Small rooms and multiple bathrooms give residents the ability to live independently - but under supervised care to make sure they don't miss anything. I love that my family member can still remain in control of their daily activities at Granny's Log Cabin.”

“I have worked/work here. Also for the Banks and the Government. They all have one thing in common CAMERAS. It documents good things, bad things, great for keeping people safe. Great for state inspections and guardian review as well for the clients. Used mostly for coaching mistakes and safety. Pay is every two weeks. Lag days to process time cards/pay. 3 weeks for a first paycheck in not out of the question. I only get paid once a month by choice with BLCC, required by other work I have dome with the government. If you have good work ethic the BLCC pays well. Little to no skills required. They train anything you need to know. All you need is a positive attitude, work attendance and honesty :D”
